  • Publication number: 20250004475
Abstract: According to the embodiments described herein, system and methods for determining relative pose of materials handling vehicles in an industrial environment may include utilizing ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna array systems respective mounted on the materials handling vehicles to send mutually received information to determine the relative pose between the vehicles, determining one or more fields of each materials handling vehicle, and determining one or more overlapping fields between the materials handling vehicles based on the determined one or more fields and the relative pose. A vehicle control may be implemented based on the determined relative pose and the overlapping fields as a field enforcement, such as a control action to avoid collision between the vehicles.

  • Patent number: 12158278
Abstract: Systems and methods for monitoring air quality of a geographic area are provided. Digital signage units include an electronic display and an air quality monitoring device located along an open loop pathway for ambient air. A monitoring subsystem receives air characteristic measurement data from the air quality monitoring devices of the digital signage units, which are installed at discrete locations within the geographic area, and subsequently generates a data summary of air characteristic measurements from the air characteristic measurement data from some or all of the digital signage units.

  • Publication number: 20240284378
Abstract: A system and method for using timing data from an incomplete packet to more accurately determine the position of a transmitter in a workspace is provided. A radio signal packet comprising a header portion containing timing data, and a data portion, is transmitted from a transmitter. Upon successful receipt by at least one receiver in a known location, header portions from incomplete receptions at other receivers are correlated to the transmission. Timing data from the correlated, and incomplete, receptions are then used by a location determining algorithm to improve position accuracy and extend the range of the system.

  • Publication number: 20230302551
Abstract: A hole saw with ejector configured to eject a plug upon rotating a collar located about the cutting blade. The hole saw with ejector has an annular cutting blade with one or more slots angled with respect to a longitudinal axis. The ejector forms a sub-assembly with a plug stop located inside the cutting blade, an ejector collar located about the cutting blade, and one or more attachments through the one or more slots that connect the plug stop to the ejector collar and form a track and/or rail system whereupon rotation of the ejector collar moves the sub-assembly backward and forward to eject a sawn plug from the hole saw.

  • Patent number: 7155483
Abstract: A system is described in which, under certain conditions, a wireless data processing apparatus and/or the service to which the apparatus communicates, will enter a batch processing mode. Under the batch processing mode, the apparatus and/or service will combine a series of message transactions (e.g., message viewings, message deletions, . . . etc) before synchronizing with the service and/or apparatus, respectively. Various types of batch processing parameters may be set to determine whether the system should enter batch processing mode and/or how batch processing should be performed once batch processing mode has been entered.
