  • Publication number: 20170355086
Abstract: An outdoor tool with multiple functions may comprise a handle, a spring clip, a blade, a cover and a flint rod. When the blade is in a folded position, it is coupled with the spring clip, and an actuating segment of the spring clip can tightly clamp the blade. Furthermore, when blade is in a deployed position, a mounting piece of the blade is mounted on a mounting hole of the spring clip thereby improving the structural stableness. In addition to cutting objects, the outdoor tool also can be used for whistling, starting a fire, opening a bottle, scraping fish scale, sharpening a knife thereby improving the practicability.

  • Publication number: 20130042486
Abstract: A garden shears includes a connecting member having a pivoting section and an engaging section, the pivoting section having a shaft aperture and a securing aperture, the securing aperture accepting a limiting member, and the engaging section having a chamber connected to the securing aperture; a blade assembled with the shaft aperture and pivoted with a passive gear; a rotatable handle having an axis rod inserted into the chamber, the axis rod pivoted onto the limiting member, a first toothed element disposed between the axis rod and the rotatable handle, and the first toothed element engaging with the passive gear; and an anvil handle having a shaft locked onto the shaft aperture; the anvil further having a second toothed element, the second toothed element engaging with the passive gear. When the second toothed element drives the passive gear, the passive gear drives the first toothed element to rotate the rotatable handle.

  • Patent number: 7178245
Abstract: A pair of gardening shears include a first handle, a first cutting member, a second cutting member, and a second handle. Thus, when the second cutting member is movable toward the first cutting member to perform the cutting action, the linking rod of the second cutting member pushes the first cutting member to drive the first cutting member to pivot about the drive arm of the mounting seat to push the first blade of the first cutting member downward, so that the first blade of the first cutting member is further movable toward the second blade of the second cutting member so as to enhance the cutting force of the first cutting member and the second cutting member thereby enhancing the working efficiency of the gardening shears.
