The plurality of light emitters includes a plurality of acupoint-stimulation elements, each corresponding to a respective one of the acupuncture points, at least two sets of the acupoint-stimulation elements are capable of emitting stimulation light beams at different time intervals.

Further, neural stem cells may be provided that contain and/or produce a vector, which in turn contains an expression construct containing a tissue-specific promoter linked to one or more cytotoxin genes. In certain embodiments, methods of using the neural stem cells provided herein for production and delivery of an animal virus vector are provided. Methods for treating melanomas in a subject in need thereof are also provided by delivering an expression construct that contains a tissue-specific promoter linked to one or more cytotoxins. In certain embodiments, the melanoma is metastatic, and in certain embodiments the melanoma is a brain melanoma.

Abstract: A manufacturing method makes memory modules from partially-good DRAM chips soldered to its substrate. The partially-good DRAM chips have a number of defective memory cells that is below a test threshold, such as 10%. Packaged DRAM chips are optionally pre-screened and considered to pass when the number of defects found is less than the test threshold. A defect table is created during testing and written to a serial-presence-detect electrically-erasable read-only memory (SPD-EEPROM) on the memory module. The memory module is finally tested on a target-system tester that reads the defect table during booting, and redirects memory access to defective memory locations identified by the defect table. The memory modules may be burned in or tested at various temperatures and voltages to increase reliability.
