  • Patent number: 10387173
Abstract: Emotional state data is used to tailor the user experience of an interactive software system, by monitoring and obtaining data about a user's emotional state. Invoice data is further used, and organized in a particular manner for presentation to the user based on a predicted future emotional state of the user. Emotional state data is analyzed and used to dynamically modify the user's experience by selecting user experience components and invoice presentation characteristics based on the analysis of the user's emotional state data. Different types of user experience components can be utilized to adjust the user experience to adapt to the user's new emotional state, prevent the user from entering an undesirable emotional state, and/or encourage the user to enter into a desirable emotional state.

  • Patent number: 10169827
Abstract: Current content data, user historical context data, and user feedback and emotional profile data is analyzed to predict emotional effect on the user of content to be provided to the user through an interactive software system. The resulting emotional effect data is then used to dynamically modify the form of the content delivery message and/or the user's experience by selecting one or more content delivery messages and/or user experience components based on the emotional effect data before, or as, the content is delivered to the user. In this way, different types of content delivery messages and/or user experience components can be utilized, and/or combined, to provide the user with an individualized user experience that is adapted to the predicted emotional effect on the user of the content being delivered, before, or as, that content is being delivered.

  • Patent number: 9785534
Abstract: Abandonment indicator data is used to customize the user experience of an interactive software system, by monitoring and obtaining data about whether a user is at risk of abandoning the interactive software system. The resulting abandonment indicator data is analyzed and used to dynamically modify the user's experience by selecting user experience components based on the analysis of the user's abandonment indicator data. In this way, different types of user experience components can be utilized to provide the user with an individualized user experience that is customized to the user. Different types of user experience components can be utilized to adjust the user experience to adapt to the individual user.

  • Publication number: 20120177469
Abstract: One transport device for media rolls used with grand format printers includes a base having opposed ends, means for coupling the base to a forklift tine, and two arms respectively adjacent the base ends. Each arm is coupled to the base for rotatable and lateral movement. A first hook extends from a first cable having an upper end coupled to one arm's distal end. The first hook has a receiving area configured to receive a shaft extending generally along the media roll's center axis, and position the shaft along a generally vertical line extending through the first cable upper end. A second hook extends from a second cable having an upper end coupled to the other arm's distal end. The second hook has a receiving area configured to receive the mounting shaft and position the mounting shaft along a generally vertical line extending through the second cable upper end.
