    Abstract: A system comprising for communication medical data includes a patient data component, a provider component, a session component, an authorization component, and a communication component. The patient data component is configured to store patient medical data corresponding to one or more patients. The provider component is configured to store destination information corresponding to a plurality of health care providers that can receive the patient medical data from the system. The session component is configured to establish and validate communication with a first patient via a remote device. The authorization component is configured to receive, from the remote device, a message indicating authorization from the first patient to send the medical data for the first patient to a first health care provider. The communication component is configured to send the medical data for the first patient to the destination information corresponding to the first health care provider.

    Abstract: A mobile computing device includes an authentication component, a destination component, a permission component, and a message component. The authentication component is configured to authenticate a user with an authentication server by providing authentication information to the authentication server. The destination component is configured to identify a health care provider available to provide health care for the user and to receive medical data. The permission component is configured to, in response to authenticating the user, receive input from a user indicating authorization to send medical data for the first patient to the health care provider. The message component is configured to send a message providing permission to a remote server to send medical data for the user stored in remote storage to the health care provider.
