A user will create a document specifying the recipient upon a document and transmit it to the recipient such that they will not be required to specify the means by which the document is to be transmitted to the recipient and whom the document should be sent to. The document transmission system and method created a human and machine readable file representative of the document the user wishes to transmit and transmits it from the sender to the recipient such that it is transmitted securely.
