For example, the holding element could hold a display, a notepad, or some other item. In some embodiments, the holding element includes a clip. In other embodiments, the holding element is a USB plug or a computer display. The flexible arms can be made from a material which holds a shape. In this context, the flexible arm can be manipulated by the user to point the display in a particular direction or orientation.
