    Abstract: An apparatus is for use with a horizontal decking bar of a transport truck. The apparatus includes a decking-bar yoke configured to operatively engage with an infinite number of positions being located along an elongated length of the horizontal decking bar. A clamp assembly is configured to selectively securely connect the decking-bar yoke to a portion of the horizontal decking bar (at any one of the infinite number of positions being located along the elongated length of the horizontal decking bar).
