The water management system also includes a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions executable by at least one electronic processor to perform a set of functions, such as associating the first fixture identifier with a first location classification, organizing the first fixture into a first group of fixtures based at least in part on the first location classification, receiving operational data associated with an actuation of the first fixture, and processing the operational data which may include comparing the processed operational data to historical data, and determining a deviation in performance at least partially based on the comparison of the data to the historical data.
