  • Publication number: 20250172237
Abstract: An improved arrangement for mounting an electrical box comprises a unique, unitary mounting bracket. Notably, the mounting bracket has an initial planar configuration, comprising a single metallic component, thus facilitating convenient manufacture, and efficient use. The mounting bracket comprises a box section formed from four parallel, box elements initially arranged in co-planar relationship with each other. The mounting bracket further comprises a pair of stud sections, respectively extending from a pair of the box elements which are spaced from each other by an intermediate one of the box elements.

  • Publication number: 20250102094
Abstract: A transition coupling, and conduit assembly, are configured to promote efficient and cost-effective assembly of conduit components for housing electrical wiring and the like in buildings and other structures. The transition coupling comprise metallic and non-metallic elements joined to each other, which elements, in turn, can be joined to associated metallic and non-metallic conduit sections. A pair of the transition coupling elements can be used at opposite ends of a rigid metallic elbow or the like to facilitate assembly with non-metallic conduit sections.

  • Patent number: 12241578
Abstract: A method of assembling conduit section in a building or like structure includes providing a first conduit section within an associated concrete slab, and adhering a connector sleeve to the first conduit section before concrete is deposited about the first conduit section and the connector sleeve. Concrete is deposited to a grade level generally at the same height as the connector sleeve. A coupling element having upper and lower section is next adhered to the connector sleeve so that the coupling element extends above the concrete slab. An associated second conduit sections or the like can then be efficiently joined to the upper section of the coupling element, to thereby join the second conduit section, positioned above the concrete slab, to the first conduit section positioned within the slab.

  • Patent number: 11876360
Abstract: A conduit coupling assembly facilitates connection of liquid-tight tubing with a conduit section through which associated electrical wiring and/or cables are routed. The assembly includes a transition coupling, which is joined to male and female, liquid-tight connectors. The coupling assembly is joined to the conduit and projects above an associated concrete slab or the like to position the liquid-tight connectors for efficiently joining associated liquid-tight tubing to the conduit. The conduit coupling assembly thus particularly facilitates routing of wiring from a conduit section positioned within a concrete slab or like flooring element, through the transition coupling, and the liquid-tight connectors.

  • Patent number: 10473253
Abstract: A bell end adapter arrangement facilitates assembly of conduit sections through which associated electrical wiring and/or cables are routed. The arrangement includes a bell end adapter assembly having an outer bell end adapter, and an inner sleeve portion fixed within the outer adapter. The adapter assembly particularly facilitates routing of wiring from a conduit section positioned within a concrete slab or like flooring element, with the adapter assembly configured to be inserted into the slab and joined to the conduit section disposed within the slab. The adapter assembly has a outwardly flared, bell-shaped open mouth which is configured to receive a second conduit section through which wiring form the first conduit section is routed.
