Abstract: An operator selecting device (10) stores areas that a user is scheduled to visit in association with each user identifying information that identifies the user, and stores an area in association with a language used in the area, and stores an operator in association with a language that the operator handles, and identifies, when an inquiry including user identifying information is received from a terminal used by a user, areas corresponding to the user identifying information, and identifies languages corresponding to the identified areas, and selects an operator who handles a first language and a second language of the identified languages, the first language being used in the current area of stay of the user, the second language being used in an area that the user is scheduled to visit thereafter.

Abstract: A gift-valuable article exchange assisting device includes a control section which, when a receiver decides that a gift belonging to the receiver is unwanted to the receiver, determines whether the gift can be exchanged to a valuable article belonging to a delivery person based on an exchangeable article information database. The control section also calculates a predetermined service charge when it is determined that the exchange is possible, and decides a valuable article, to which the gift is actually exchanged, equivalent to a value obtained by subtracting the service charge from a value of the gift based on exchange conditions between the gift and the valuable article.

Abstract: The present invention relates to providing a banquet hall reservation management system for managing reservation and vacancy status of divisible banquet halls even when a partition pattern of a banquet hall is changed without changing the application program. Hence, the work load of the banquet hall provider is reduced, and the quality of service increased. The banquet hall reservation management system includes a management table where conflicting areas due to using a banquet area are registered, a management information input means to input names of new banquet areas and their conflicting areas in the event of changing partition pattern, and a management table generating means that creates a new management table based on the management information obtained by the management information input means.
