A desorbing tower heats the adsorbent to desorb the impurity gas from the adsorbent so that the adsorbent can be re-used. A transfer unit circulates the adsorbent between the adsorbing tower and the desorbing tower. A controller controls the temperature of the adsorbent. A helical heater is arranged in the desorbing tower to heat the adsorbent.
