The receiver is configured to determine whether the target commodity is a commodity requiring confirmation. The receiver is also configured to acquire data associated with the target commodity in response to determining that the target commodity is a commodity requiring confirmation. The controller configured to compare the data to predetermined release data and to cause the settlement calculator to perform the settlement processing in response to the data being the predetermined release data.
