    Abstract: Disclosed is a structure which is able to supply oil to engagement parts of transmission gears mutually rotatably mounted on a transmission shaft inside a transmission case for a vehicle, even when the vehicle tilts during its run. The transmission shaft in the transmission case, has an oil passage which penetrates through its length axially and communicates with the engagement parts of the transmission gears fluidically, where the transmission shaft extends in a direction of width of the vehicle. Both ends of the oil passage of the transmission shaft fluidically communicate with oil intake passages which extend upwards and open inside the transmission case so as to capture the oil inside the transmission case.

    Abstract: A geared motor comprising an electric motor, a reduction gear having an input connected to a rotational shaft of the electric motor, an output shaft connected to an output stage gear of the reduction gear, which has a coupling member of resilient material attached thereto and a position sensor for detecting a rotational angle position of the output shaft, which has an input shaft connected to the output stage gear through the coupling member wherein the output stage gear has a protrusion imbedded in the coupling member so as to reinforce the coupling member and prevent it from being twisted whereby there occurs no difference between a rotational angle of the output shaft and that of the input shaft of the position sensor.

The through hole places a space, formed between the spark plug and the rubber body, in communication with a contact surface between the core member and the rubber body. Even if the rigidity of the rubber body is increased, this construction eliminates the possibility that the plug cap will be lifted or displaced relative to the spark plug by air compressed within the plug cap when the plug cap is attached to the spark plug.

    Abstract: A seal construction for a pump of a small watercraft of the water jet propulsion type, the watercraft including a hull and a pump casing. A pumping passage for water jet propulsion is formed by the pump casing and a portion of the hull. The seal construction includes a flange formed on the pump casing, the flange having walls, and an elastic seal member liquid-tightly surrounding the periphery of the flange. The seal member has an outer periphery in liquid-tight contact with the inner surface of the hull portion where the pump is mounted. The flange and the seal member have parts for immovably engaging with each other.

    Abstract: Motorcycle has a fuel tank formed with a fueling port which is closed by a filler cap. The filler cap comprises an outer and inner cap discs which are adapted to be engaged respectively with an outer and inner cap seats so as to define a buffer chamber between the cap discs. A vent hole is formed to open the inside of the tank to the buffer chamber which is in turn connected with a canister containing activated carbon particles. The buffer chamber functions to receive liquid fuel when the motorcycle is turned over and prevent the liquid fuel from passing to the canister.
