A primer composition for metal oxide ceramics includes (A) a polymerizable monomer component containing 5% by mass or more, preferably, 5% by mass to 80% by mass of an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer as represented by a 11-methacryloyloxy-1,1-undecanedicarboxylic acid and a rest of a polymerizable monomer without acidic group, such as triethylene glycol dimethacrylate; (B) polyvalent metal ions resulting from a titanium tetrabutoxide or the like; and (C) an organic solvent such as acetone or ethyl alcohol, wherein water is not substantially contained.

In a processing circuit (14), the absorbance secondary differential value of the near infrared rays by the part being measured (F) is calculated on the basis of the transmitted light intensity detection values thus detected at the same time with respect to the three wavelengths, the variation width thereof within a predetermined time is calculated and then the blood sugar value in the living body is determined from the absorbance secondary differential value variation width on the basis of a calibration curve.

For adhesion of a dental filling material to teeth, the composition of the invention is used as a pre-treatment agent on teeth prior to applying an adhesive.     Abstract: A rotary ozonizer includes a drive motor for driving a rotor and an air compressor. The rotor is housed in a cylindrical body serving as an stationary electrode. The rotor is secured to a rotor shaft extending through the cylindrical body and rotating upon rotation of the motor through an insulating joint. The rotor serves as a rotary electrode, and provides an electrical discharge spaced relative to the cylindrical body. Electrical power supply portions are connected to the rotor and to the stationary electrode, and end plates are provided to cover open ends of the cylindrical body. The end plates rotatably support the rotor shaft. The motor, the insulating joint, the cylindrical body and the compressor are aligned coaxially in one of the embodiments of the present invention.
