    Abstract: An aluminum alloy billet obtained by continuously casting molten aluminum alloy in the shape of rod is cut into a predetermined length by means of a cutting device. The aluminum alloy billet thus cut is loaded into a product carrier container with an identification mark that has been made. The casting condition and inspection results of the aluminum alloy billet are stored in the storage unit of a production control device in association with the identification mark so as to stabilize the quality and production of the aluminum alloy billet used for machining materials.

    Abstract: A fixture of an indication tag has a magnetic body and is used as a marker for preventing, for example, items in a store or furnishings in public facilities from being removed without permission. The fixture is formed by connecting an engagement male portion (2) to one end side of a filamentous coupling portion (4) and an engagement female portion (3) to the other end side to form a loop (R) by engaging the engagement male portion (2) and the engagement female portion (3). The filamentous coupling portion (4) is formed with a filament (40) having a soft magnetic material fiber (41) in order to obscure the location of the magnetic body for the marker preventing it from being removed.

    Abstract: A power operation type tag pin fitting machine wherein a hollow needle is protrusively disposed in front of a main body, a push rod for pushing a transverse rod of the hollow needle and a cylinder for driving the push rod are disposed on the axis of the hollow needle, and an operation member having a portion for protecting the hollow needle is so supported as to move back and forth with respect to a machine frame, is so biased by a spring as to protrude forward, and moves back when the hollow needle is punched to pierce through a product during a fitting operation of the tag pin and automatically operates the cylinder at a predetermined position. The tag pin can be fitted to the product by merely putting the main body on the product.
