Abstract: To wear and remove an assist instrument has been difficult because a user has to wear or remove the assist instrument on or from her/his body in a state that an elastic member is contracted. An assist instrument includes a wearing-removal member that is placed wearably and removably on a body of a user; an assist unit that is provided to the wearing-removal member, and assists muscular strength of the user by an action of at least one of extension and contraction by power supply; a control unit that controls an action of the assist unit; and something that adjusts constriction of the body by the wearing-removal member at a time of at least one of wearing and detachment of the wearing-removal member.

Abstract: A wireless image transferring apparatus includes a free-run transmitter and a free-run receiver. The free-run transmitter includes a marker appending unit for appending a vertical synchronization marker to image data and a nondisplay period adjustment unit for adjusting the length of nondisplay period of image data according to monitoring information supplied, the transmitter transmitting the image data and receiving the monitoring information.

Abstract: An image transmitting apparatus is provided with a free-running transmitting unit for transmitting image data and a free-running receiving unit for receiving the image data transmitted from the transmitting unit, wherein the transmitting unit includes a marker attaching unit operative to attach a vertical synchronization marker to the image data, and the receiving unit includes: a marker retrieving unit operative to retrieve the vertical synchronization marker attached by the marker attaching unit; a marker position monitoring unit operative to monitor whether the marker position of the vertical synchronization marker in the received data is within a predetermined range; and a non-display interval adjusting unit operative to adjust, if the marker position monitoring means determines that the marker position is not within the predetermined range, a period of time in which the image data is not displayed such that the marker position is within the predetermined range.
