  • Patent number: 9646751
Abstract: A die apparatus for molding an arcuate magnet having polar-anisotropic orientation in a magnetic field, which comprises a die made of non-magnetic cemented carbide, which is arranged in a parallel magnetic field generated by a pair of opposing magnetic field coils; an arcuate-cross-sectional cavity having an inner arcuate wall, an outer arcuate wall and two side walls, which is disposed in the die; a central ferromagnetic body arranged on the side of the outer arcuate wall of the cavity; and a pair of side ferromagnetic bodies symmetrically arranged on both side wall sides of the cavity; the cavity being arranged such that its radial direction at a circumferential center thereof is identical with the direction of the parallel magnetic field; the width of the central ferromagnetic body being smaller than the width of the cavity in a direction perpendicular to the parallel magnetic field; and a pair of the side ferromagnetic bodies being arranged such that the cavity is positioned in a region sandwiched by a pa

  • Patent number: 7101049
Abstract: The invention is directed to downsized projector optics and projector both of which employ an LED light source attaining the enhanced efficiency of the quantity of the emitted light. The projector optics and the projector respectively include, in position, a polygon-based conical polyhedron prism of which reflection surfaces are opposed to the LED light source; a light tunnel, a PS converting element, a polarized beam splitter and a LCOS all of which are provided in the optical axis of the reflected light from the polygon-based conical polyhedron prism; and a projection lens placed in the optical axis of the transmitted light from the polarized beam splitter.

  • Patent number: 5494455
Abstract: Pressure-type connector 1 has a base 10 retaining a pressure contact 50 and a closure member 30 connected to the base 10 by means of a hinge 28. On a side surface of the base 10, locking bosses 18 are provided, and on the side surface of the closure member 30 locking rings 38 are located to be engaged with the locking bosses 18. At the outer end of the locking rings 38 a pair of protrusions 42 is disposed with a space between them being approximately equal to the width of the locking boss 18. When the closure member 30 is rotated toward the base 10, protrusions 42 which form the guiding device, slide along the side surfaces 24 of the locking bosses 18, thus preventing a skewed attitude relative the base 10. This arrangement makes it possible to provide for a better connection between electric wire 3 and the pressure contact 50.
