  • Publication number: 20230003501
Abstract: A bend sensor comprising a sensor section in which a polymer electrolyte film is sandwiched between a pair of electrode films, wherein each of the electrode films contains: a block copolymer (Z) having a polymer block (S) composed of a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound, and containing an ion-conducting group, and an amorphous polymer block (T) composed of a structural unit derived from an unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon; and a conducting particle; which block copolymer (Z) forms a lamellar structure, which bend sensor therefore allows generation of enhanced voltage between the electrode films when deformation of the sensor occurs as it follows movement of an object, is provided.

  • Publication number: 20180208700
Abstract: The invention provides a (meth)acrylic block copolymer that exhibits a high curing rate when irradiated with active energy rays and also has a low viscosity. The (meth)acrylic block copolymer includes a methacrylic polymer block (a1) and a methacrylic polymer block (a2) that each have an active energy ray curable group including a partial structure (1) of the following general formula (1), and further includes an acrylic polymer block (B) that has no active energy ray curable groups and is present between the methacrylic polymer block (a1) and the methacrylic polymer block (a2). The content of monomer units derived from methyl methacrylate relative to all monomer units in the methacrylic polymer block (a1) and the methacrylic polymer block (a2) is not less than 30 mass %. The content of monomer units derived from an alkyl acrylate ester having an alkyl group with 6 or more carbon atoms relative to all monomer units in the acrylic polymer block (B) is not less than 40 mass %.

  • Publication number: 20170058097
Abstract: The present invention provides a composition to for production of electrode films contained in a sensor formed by sandwiching a polymer electrolyte film between two electrode films, which composition can increase the intensity of the electric signal that can be output by the sensor. The composition comprises: a diblock polymer (A) having a structure in which, in a diblock polymer (A0) having no ion-conducting group composed of a polymer block (S0) containing a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound having a number average molecular weight of not less than 20,000 and an amorphous polymer block (T) containing a structural unit derived from an unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon, an ion-conducting group(s) is/are introduced to the polymer block (S0); a hydrocarbon solvent (B); an organic solvent (C) having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, carbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, and amide; and a conductive filler (D).
