    Abstract: A mobile terminal (MS) and a remote unit (RU) communicate via a short-range wireless interfaces (LR, LR?). Each comprises a memory (ME, ME?) processor (PR, PR?). The complexity of the combination of the mobile terminal and the remote unit is lowered by having a character generator logic (CG) only in the mobile terminal that does not character data via the short-range wireless interface (LR) to the remote unit. Thus the remote unit needs no internal character generation logic.
