Abstract: A method for providing a system for allowing businesses to manage substantially all of their customer relations and feedback on a computer network via a Customer Feedback System, where the method includes providing a software framework supporting multiple client modules, enabling/disabling client modules individually, maintaining a set of client modules, customizing a user interface, and processing user requests and/or feedback data for a client.
