Abstract: In some embodiments, a method receives a label for a record in a database. A first operation is performed using a first value associated with the record to generate a first reporting object for a sustainability metric that is based on a resource. A second value for the first reporting object is generated based on performing the first operation using respective first values associated with first records based on a relationship in a data model to a first reporting object. The method uses the label to perform a second operation using the first value associated with the record to generate a third value for a second reporting object for the sustainability metric. The second reporting object is generated based on performing the second operation using respective first values associated with second records that are associated with the label.

Abstract: A fuel injector for an internal combustion engine having an integrated seat guide cold forged of precipitation hardened stainless steel wherein the integrated seat guide having superior corrosion resistance and welding characteristics to a stainless steel injector body. The integrated seat guide includes a fuel outlet, a valve seat disposed about said fuel outlet, a guide portion adjacent to said valve seat, an end surface opposite said fuel outlet, and an annular shoulder with an annular weld affixing integrated seat guide to injector body.

Abstract: A director plate for a fuel injector for use in an internal combustion engine. A plurality of fuel passages extend through the plate between an inlet surface and an exit surface. The passage and exit surfaces are extremely smooth, having an average surface roughness (Ra) less than about 0.2 ?m, and preferably less than about 0.1 ?m. The corners of the exits are sharp and are free of features such as break-edges, burrs, and remelt. The surface quality may be obtained via any means of surface finishing.
