Abstract: My child educational board game, “Word Battle”, requires players to approach word learning, sequencing, and construction from a naval/military strategist point of view in that instead of targeting objectives in a mere hit-or-miss situation, where the goal in and of itself is to reach and eliminate occupied coordinates, he/she must locate and actually identify the quality of opponents' pieces (these being letters) before the other competitors capture or eliminate out of play all his/her own word patterns.

Abstract: My child educational board game, “Electronic Word Battle”, requires players to approach word learning, sequencing, and construction from a naval/military strategist point of view in that instead of targeting objectives in a mere hit-or-miss salvo situation, where the goal in and of itself is to reach and eliminate occupied coordinates, he/she must locate and actually identify, through the support of computerized digital displays that connect opponents and which keep track of dispersal and success or failure of attacks, the quality of the opponents' pieces (these being letters) before the other competitors capture or eliminate out of play all his/her own word patterns.

Abstract: My child educational board game, “Connect Words”, requires a child to think critically in finding different ways in which words can be created by not only adding lettered chips to a grid during his or her turn but also by finding what words can emerge from combining letters already in the grid with those he or she will add in each turn, thus not only complementing and enhancing scholastic acquisition of vocabulary and spelling abilities, but helping to increase one's logic and sequencing skills.

Abstract: The key ingredient which makes my recipe for pudding novel is the substitution of 100% rolled oats, which has the added benefit of helping to lower cholesterol, for thickening agents such as cornstarch. The additions of unsweetened chocolate and carob powders also have health benefits for the consumer.
