    Abstract: An adjustable clamp includes a compression jaw and an anvil jaw shiftable along the length of a structural member to a selected location. The anvil jaw pivots into a stop position when under compression from a work piece positioned between the jaws. In the stop position, the anvil jaw work face is parallel to the compression jaw work face and is prevented from shifting relative to the structural member.
