    Abstract: The present invention provides coated barrier sheets with improved skid resistant properties. Preferred embodiments are liquid water impermeable and water vapor permeable. The coated barrier sheets comprise a barrier sheet and a skid-resistant, coated mesh provide on at least a portion of a surface of the barrier sheet. As one utility, the barrier sheets may be incorporated into engineered wood panels.
