    Abstract: Provided is an epitaxial structure and a method for forming such a structure. The method includes forming a fin structure on a substrate, wherein the fin structure includes a semiconductor material having substantially a {110} crystallographic orientation. The method includes etching a portion of the fin structure to expose a sidewall portion of the semiconductor material. Further, the method includes growing an epitaxial structure on the sidewall of the semiconductor material, wherein the epitaxial structure propagates with facets having a {110} crystallographic orientation.

    Abstract: A log generated over a time period of garbage collection cycles of a microservice is reviewed. The log includes garbage collection events and pause times for each event. A determination is made that a threshold number of consecutive garbage collection events has been reached where each consecutive event had a pause time exceeding a threshold pause time. Upon the determination, a change is made to a configuration file associated with the microservice to reduce the pause times for a next time period. Once the microservice enters an idle state, a command is generated to restart the microservice for the change in the configuration file to take effect.

The position detection circuit includes a detection circuit that detects a touch of the passive pointer to the touch surface, a calculation circuit that calculates a total value of capacitance values in a calculation region surrounding at least part of a touch region indicating a region of the touch, and an output circuit that outputs an indicated position that is indicated by the touch, based on the total value of the capacitance values. The output circuit outputs the indicated position when the total value is equal to or less than a threshold value, and does not output the indicated position or invalidates the indicated position and outputs the indicated position that has been invalidated, when the total value exceeds the threshold value.

    Abstract: A sticking machine able to automatically remove films on either side of a sheet to be pasted to a workpiece includes a sheet supply component, a sheet selection component, a drive component, a first film-removing component, a second film-removing component, a carrier, and a transmission line. The sheet supply component stores sheets. The sheet selection component applies suction to the sheet. The first film-removing component tears off a first film, the second film-removing component tears off a second film on the reverse side. The transmission line carries the workpiece to the carrier. The sticking machine is fed by the sheet supply component, and after removal of the first film, the sheet selection component lays the sheet on the surface of the workpiece, then the second film-removing component tears off the second film, realizing automatic sticking of the sheet on the workpiece, improving the processing efficiency and accuracy.

The single cell has a metal anode arranged oppositely in a sealed single cell housing, a cathode carrying a hydrogen evolution catalyst, and a diaphragm arranged between the metal anode and the cathode, the bottom and the top of the single cell housing are respectively provided with fluid flow channels, and both ends of the fluid flow channels are respectively provided with openings communicated with the interior and exterior of the housing. The metal anode and/or single cell housing is placed in a closed transitional housing. The transitional housing is a degradable material or can be mechanically damaged by a driving device driven and started by a control device.
