    Abstract: A method for fabricating interconnections with carbon nanotubes of the present invention comprises the following steps: forming a dual-layer that contains a catalytic layer and an upper covering layer on the periphery of a hole connecting with a substrate; and growing carbon nanotubes on the catalytic layer with the upper covering layer covering the carbon nanotubes. The present invention grows the carbon nanotubes between the catalytic layer and the upper covering layer. The upper covering layer protects the catalytic layer from being oxidized and thus enhances the growth of the carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotubes are respectively connected with the lower substrate and an upper conductive wire via the catalytic layer and the upper covering layer, which results in a lower contact resistance. Moreover, the upper covering layer also functions as a metal-diffusion barrier layer to prevent metal from spreading to other materials via diffusion or other approaches.

    Abstract: A complex circuit board including a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and a flexible printed circuit (FPC) for providing driving signals for light sources is disclosed. The PCBA includes a supporting portion and a connecting portion. The light sources are disposed above the supporting portion. The connection portion contacts electrically with a contacting portion of the FPC. The contacting portion of the FPC has a fixing hole. The connecting portion of the PCBA has a fixing portion. Moreover, the FPC has two or more than two first bend portions on the contacting portion. The fixing portion of the PCBA is inserted into the fixing hole of the FPC to complete the complex circuit board without extra attachment units. Therefore, the assembly procedure is simplified to increase throughput and the cost is reduced.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a insole which is mainly made by the following process: reeling off single thread filament from recycled materials such as PET bottle, PET plastic material, waste fabric, recycled yarn into fiber; intermingling plastic fiber with the above fiber of recycled material and then conducting needle punching to form air-permeable thick layer of nonwoven fabric having 3-10 mm thickness; adhering nonwoven fabric or cover layer made by general fabric onto the air-permeable thick layer of non-woven fabric; conducting heat forming and cutting into suitable size. In this manner, not only the insole made by recycled material possesses environment protection feature but also the air-permeable thick layer of nonwoven fabric, which is needle punched from fiber, has excellent air permeability and appropriate elastic effect. Therefore, users have snug feeling achieved by good air permeability and shock absorption so that it has better performance in its total application.
