    Abstract: A cam-driven wire mesh-type electrospinning apparatus and a use method therefor are provided. The cam-driven wire mesh-type electrospinning apparatus includes the following components: a high-voltage (HV) power supply unit, a wire mesh-type spinneret, a fiber receiving device, a cam unit, and a solution supply unit. The positions and connection relationships of all the components are as follows: any end of the wire mesh-type spinneret is connected to the HV power supply unit, and the other end of the wire mesh-type spinneret is connected to the cam unit; the wire mesh-type spinneret is installed on the solution supply unit; and the fiber receiving device is positioned right above the wire mesh-type spinneret. The cam-driven wire mesh-type electrospinning apparatus may induce a solution to be uniformly distributed on a wire mesh plane, and adjust the density of jet flow and the distribution position of the jet flow.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a prefetch-adaptive intelligent cache replacement policy for high performance, in the presence of hardware prefetching, a prefetch request and a demand request are distinguished, a prefetch predictor based on an ISVM (Integer Support Vector Machine) is used for carrying out re-reference interval prediction on a cache line of prefetching access loading, and a demand predictor based on an ISVM is utilized to carry out re-reference interval prediction on a cache line of demand access loading. A PC of a current access load instruction and PCs of past load instructions in an access historical record are input, different ISVM predictors are designed for prefetch and demand requests, reuse prediction is performed on a loaded cache line by taking a request type as granularity, the accuracy of cache line reuse prediction in the presence of prefetching is improved, and performance benefits from hardware prefetching and cache replacement is better fused.

The main steps include confirming the m6A methylation site in FAM134B mRNA by comparative analyzing m6A-seq results of Landrace and Jinhua pigs, corresponding with highly conserved motif RRACH (R=G, A; H=A, C, T) and the prediction website; altering the m6A methylation in FAM134B mRNA via mutating synonymous codon of FAM134B gene (C1358 to T1358) without changing the amino acid sequence; designing qPCR primers according to the m6A peak region and a control region of FAM134B mRNA; extracting total RNA and determining the relative m6A level of a single gene by protein immunoprecipitation and qPCR. The m6A methylation site of FAM134B mRNA plays a critical rule on fat deposition, which serves as a novel molecular marker and a drug target for treating obesity.
