    Abstract: A motor forward and reverse rotation detector and a motor driver having the motor forward and reverse rotation detector are provided. A rotor position detecting circuit detects a position of a rotor of a motor to output a commutation signal. A forward and reverse rotation detecting circuit detects a back electromotive force of the motor to output a back electromotive force detected signal. The forward and reverse rotation detecting circuit, according to a phase relationship and a phase difference between the back electromotive force detected signal and the commutation signal, determines which one of a forward direction and a reverse direction is a rotational direction of the motor to output a rotational direction detected signal. A motor driving circuit drives the motor according to the rotational direction detected signal.

    Abstract: A motor driver, a control method of the motor driver, and a motor driving system are provided. The motor driver includes a rotation information pin, an analog detecting circuit and a mode switching circuit. The rotation information pin is configured to receive a reference signal. The analog detecting circuit and the mode switching circuit are respectively and electrically connected to the rotation information pin and the analog detecting circuit. The analog detecting circuit determines whether the reference signal is an analog signal, and the motor driver is maintained in a master mode when the reference signal does not belong to the analog signal. The mode switching circuit determines whether the reference signal is a noise when the reference signal is the analog signal. The mode switching circuit switches the motor driver from the master mode to a slave mode when the reference signal is not the noise.

A method can comprise applying a voltage across the nanopores to draw protein shuttles towards the nanopores. The ionic current through each or all of the nanopores can be concurrently measured. Based on the measured ionic current, blockage events can be detected. Each blockage event indicates a capture of a protein shuttle by at least one nanopore. Each blockage event can be detected through a change of the total ionic current flow or a change in the ionic current flow for a particular nanopore.

The actuator calculates an electrical angle and calculates a drive current, the coil winding drives the magnet to move to realize position correction. The multi-mover direct drive transmission system has a simple structure, a small number of components, and is simple and easy-to-implement the motion control method.

    Abstract: A chip-on-wafer-on-substrate (CoWoS) semiconductor assembly is formed which includes a chip-on-wafer (CoW) sub-assembly of integrated circuit (IC) dies mounted on an interposer, which is in turn mounted on a package substrate with a top metallization stack and a bottom metallization stack using bonding bumps connecting the backside of the interposer and the front side of the package substrate. The bonding bumps provide electrical connections between the ends of through-vias exposed at the backside of the interposer and the top metallization stack of the package substrate. The likelihood of certain failure mechanisms that can adversely affect CoWoS yield are reduced or eliminated by ensuring a total metal thickness of the top metallization stack is greater than a total metal thickness of the bottom metallization stack, but not so much greater as to induce cracking of the underfill material during curing thereof.

The echinocandin drug impurity has a structure shown in Formula I: In the present disclosure, micafungin sodium is reacted with a protonic acid aqueous solution to obtain an echinocandin drug impurity, and a high-purity echinocandin drug impurity is obtained after chromatographic purification. The present disclosure overcomes problems that an echinocandin drug impurity is prone to being degraded during the purification, and purification difficulty is high, and an HPLC purity of the obtained echinocandin drug impurity may reach 90% or more. The echinocandin drug impurity may be used as a reference substance for establishing an analysis method for use in echinocandin drug quality control.
