  • Publication number: 20240134410
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a memory access interface device. A clock generation circuit generates reference signals. A transmitter transmits an output command and address signal to a memory device according to the reference signals. A signal training circuit executes a training process in a training mode that includes steps outlined below. A training signal is generated such that the training signal is transmitted as the output command and address signal. The training signal and the data signal generated by the memory device are compared to generate a comparison result indicating whether the data signal matches the training signal. The comparison result is stored. The clock generation circuit is controlled to modify a phase of at least one of the reference signals to be one of a plurality of under-test phases to execute a new loop of the training process until all the under-test phases are trained.

  • Publication number: 20170037500
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of preparing insulation coating. The method comprises: providing a powder of polymer material, a graphite powder, and a substrate, wherein the powder of the polymer material is an epoxy powder or a polyethylene (PE) powder. Next, forming a mixture via mixing the powder of polymer material and the graphite powder. Then, utilizing a thermal spray device to spray the mixture on the substrate and then cooling the substrate to form an insulation coating. The method possesses advantages of increased production efficiency and reduced cost, and provides an insulation coating with good sound insulation properties.

  • Publication number: 20140097380
Abstract: A method for fabricating an aligned graphene sheet-polymer composite is provided, which includes the steps below. A mixture is prepared with the dispersed graphene sheets in the polymer fluid. The graphene filament bundles substantially paralleled to each other are formed by a sequence of aligned graphene sheets in the polymer fluids when a field was applied. Finally, the mixture is solidified. An anisotropic index in a range of 1.00 to 2.00 is obtained in an aligned graphene sheet-polymer composite by calculating the ratio of the coefficient of thermal conductivity in a parallel direction and the one in perpendicular direction. The aligned graphene sheet-polymer composite is also provided.

  • Patent number: 6586516
Abstract: The present invention relates to an aqueous coating composition having low volatile organic compounds (VOC) and producing a coating having excellent durability and resistance properties. The coating composition contains acetoacetate functional polymer and divalent metal ions. Coating compositions of the present invention are particularly useful in ink, polish and coating compositions where a tough, resistant coating is required. The coating composition can be used on various substrates such as floors, walls wood, metal, plastic, stone, paper, leather and concrete.

  • Patent number: 5403894
Abstract: Redispersible polymer powders made by core-shell polymers having an alkali-soluble emulsion polymer shell and an aqueous-insoluble emulsion polymer core wherein the core and the shell polymers are chemically grafted by utilizing a polyfunctional compound. The core-shell polymers are produced by a two-stage sequential emulsion polymerization process in which an alkali-insoluble emulsion polymer core is polymerized in the presence of an alkali-solubilized emulsion polymer. When the core-shell polymer powders of this invention are employed as a cement modifier, improvements in the powder physical properties and cement mortar properties are realized.
