  • Publication number: 20230343535
Abstract: A high-durability electrical contact structure may include a first contact and a second contact disposed to face each other while being spaced apart a predetermined distance from each other. A portion of the second contact includes a magnetic material. Damage to the surfaces of an arcing electrical contact according to arc generation positions between contacts is minimized, increasing the life of the arcing electrical contact.

  • Publication number: 20230170638
Abstract: A connector assembly includes a female connector having a pair of female terminals inserted into a housing of which one side is open, and including a male connector having a male terminal inserted between the pair of female terminals to come into contact with the pair of female terminals. one end of a female terminal of the pair of female terminals is fixed to an inner surface of the housing. The other end thereof is disposed to extend by a predetermined length. A displacement of the other end occurs toward the one end due to the configuration of the male connector. A contact defect problem during coupling does not occur and reworking of the connector assembly is facilitated.

  • Patent number: 10236139
Abstract: Shown are a switch and a manufacturing method thereof. The switch has a base substrate; and an electrode disposed on a first surface or a second surface of the base substrate. The flexible electrode includes: a substrate in a range of about 5 to 70 vol %; conductive particles embedded in the substrate in a range of about 29.9 to 94.9 vol %; and a degradation inhibitor in a range of 0.1 to 1 vol %, based on a total of 100 vol % of the electrode. In particular, the substrate of the electrode is flexible and thus the electrode is flexible.
