Abstract: An electric compressor includes a motor configured to generate power; a compression mechanism configured to be driven by the motor and to compress a refrigerant; an inverter configured to control the motor; and a connector configured to include a terminal pin connecting the motor and the inverter, a plate supporting the terminal pin, and an insulator that insulates between the terminal pin and the plate, wherein at least a portion of the insulator is formed to be surrounded by the terminal pin, so that it is possible to suppress the increase in cost, weight, and size due to the connector.

Abstract: An agricultural machine having an accident prevention function includes an agricultural machine body including a front wheel connected to an engine and a handle protruding rearward, an engine controller configured to control an operation of an engine, a cargo box fixed to an upper portion of a frame connected to a rear side of the body and configured to load cargo, a boarding part towed and moved by being connected to body and configured to provide a boarding seat on which a driver is seated, and an accident occurrence factor confirmation part configured to check whether an accident occurrence factor is present using a sensing signal for the cargo box when a seating detection signal is received from a boarding-part seating detector configured to detect whether a user is seated on the boarding part and provide a start disable or start enable signal to the engine controller.

Abstract: A button-type secondary battery includes an electrode assembly including a first separator, a negative electrode, a second separator, and a positive electrode that are sequentially stacked and wound, wherein ends of the first separator and the second separator are disposed closer to a center of the wound electrode assembly than ends of the positive electrode and the negative electrode; an electrolyte; and a can in which the electrode assembly and the electrolyte are accommodated. In the electrode assembly, an expansion member is attached to at least one central end of the first separator or the second separator, and the expansion member is expanded by absorbing the electrolyte.

Abstract: In some embodiments, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) architecture can be implemented to process a signal from a charge output sensor. The ADC architecture can include a summing node for receiving a sensor signal from the charge output sensor, and an output node implemented to provide a digital signal representative of the sensor signal. The ADC architecture can further include a charge amplifier implemented to receive an analog signal from the summing node as an input analog signal and generate an output analog signal with a gain, and an ADC circuit implemented to generate the digital signal based on the output analog signal from the charge amplifier. The ADC architecture can further include a feedback circuit implemented between the output node and the summing node.

The method includes: receiving, by a virtual code verification means, a virtual code; searching, by the virtual code verification means, a storage location of each of a plurality of UIDs on the basis of the virtual code; verifying, by the virtual code verification means, the virtual code on the basis of the plurality of searched UIDs; and performing, by the virtual code verification means, authority authentication on the basis of the plurality of searched UIDs.

Accordingly, the transparent electrode film can transmit whether the container lid is mounted to the main body without spoiling the appearance of the container body made of a transparent material.

Abstract: Vertical field-effect transistor (VFET) devices and methods of forming the same are provided. The methods may include forming a lower structure on a substrate. The lower structure may include first and second VFETs, a preliminary isolation structure between the first and second VFETs, and a gate liner on opposing sides of the preliminary isolation structure and between the preliminary isolation structure and the substrate. Each of the first and second VFETs may include a bottom source/drain region, a channel region and a top source/drain region sequentially stacked, and a gate structure on a side surface of the channel region. The preliminary isolation structure may include a sacrificial layer and a gap capping layer sequentially stacked. The methods may also include forming a top capping layer on the lower structure and then forming a cavity between the first and second VFETs by removing the sacrificial layer.

Abstract: Vertical field-effect transistor (VFET) devices and methods of forming the same are provided. The methods may include forming a lower structure on a substrate. The lower structure may include first and second VFETs, a preliminary isolation structure between the first and second VFETs, and a gate liner on opposing sides of the preliminary isolation structure and between the preliminary isolation structure and the substrate. Each of the first and second VFETs may include a bottom source/drain region, a channel region and a top source/drain region sequentially stacked, and a gate structure on a side surface of the channel region.
