    Abstract: A pore-filled ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane from which the surface ion exchange polyelectrolyte has been removed and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane exhibits low film resistance and low in-plane-direction swelling degree, and has a smaller film-thickness than a commercial film, and thus, can be used for various purposes. In addition, since the pore-filled ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane is continuously manufactured through a roll-to-roll process, the manufacturing process is simple, and manufacturing costs can be greatly reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preview vehicle height control system and a method of controlling the same. The system includes a monitoring device configured to detect the road surface condition of a driving path of a vehicle, an active suspension configured to adjust a vehicle height, a memory configured to store a plurality of data maps distinguished based on a type of bump, each data map having a vehicle dynamic characteristic as an input and a tuning factor as an output, and a controller configured to derive the tuning factor based on a data map, among the plurality of data maps of the memory, corresponding to the bump detected by the monitoring device, derive a target vehicle height in a form of a Gaussian distribution by substituting the tuning factor, and control the active suspension to follow the derived target vehicle height.

    Abstract: Semiconductor devices may be fabricated according to a method that includes steps of forming isolation layers in and a gate electrode on a semiconductor substrate and forming sidewall spacers on both sides of the gate electrode. Ions may be implanted into the semiconductor substrate by using the gate electrode and the sidewall spacers as masks, forming barriers to limit diffusion of impurities. Impurity ions may be implanted for source/drain into the barriers, thus forming source/drain impurity diffusion regions. Thus, when annealing after ion implantation to form the source/drain impurity diffusion regions, impurities can be prevented from diffusing downward too far. Accordingly, a short between neighboring source/drain impurity diffusion regions can be prevented when voltage is applied to the semiconductor device, the depths of source/drain impurity diffusion regions can be decreased, and a line width can be miniaturized.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a MOS transistor in a semiconductor device is disclosed. An example method subjects a surface of a semiconductor substrate to thermal oxidation to form an oxide film for forming a gate insulating film, deposits a polysilicon layer on the oxide film for forming a gate, applies a coat of photoresist onto the polysilicon layer, and performs exposure and development by using an exposure mask which defines the gate to form a photoresist pattern covering a region where the gate is to be formed. The example method also performs dry etching to remove the polysilicon layer for forming the gate and the oxide film for forming the gate insulating film, which are not protected with the photoresist pattern, to form a gate pattern, performs annealing under a nitrogen environment to form a nitrided oxide film, and forms buried lightly doped impurity ion layers on opposite sides of the gate pattern.
