Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display including: a substrate including a pixel part for displaying an image and a peripheral part enclosing the pixel part; a plurality of scan lines formed on the substrate, each for transferring a scan signal; a plurality of data lines for transferring a data voltage, and a plurality of driving voltage lines intersecting the plurality of scan lines for transferring a driving voltage, respectively; a plurality of pixels connected to the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines, respectively and formed in the pixel part; and at least one dummy pixel connected to the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines and formed in the peripheral part.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes a plurality of pixels. At least one pixel is connected to a scan line receive a scan signal, a data line to receive a data signal, and voltage line to receive a driving voltage. The at least one pixel includes a switching transistor including a switching drain electrode to output the data voltage, a driving transistor including a driving source electrode connected to the switching drain electrode, and an organic light emitting diode connected to a driving drain electrode of the driving transistor. The driving source electrode is separated from the data line.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a substrate and odd and even-numbered pixels adjacent to each other in a column direction and respectively formed in odd and even-numbered rows. The OLED display also includes a common pixel driver connected to the odd and even-numbered pixels and driving each of the odd and even-numbered pixels. The OLED display further includes a selection unit selecting one of the odd and even-numbered pixels to be driven by the common pixel driver. The common pixel driver is formed in either the odd-numbered row or the even-numbered row.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer on the substrate and including a main pattern, and substantially symmetrical auxiliary patterns extending from two sides of the main pattern, an insulating layer on the substrate and the first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer on the insulating layer and overlapping at least a portion of the main pattern and the auxiliary patterns.
