Publication number: 20240136191Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes forming source/drain regions on opposing sides of a gate structure, where the gate structure is over a fin and surrounded by a first dielectric layer; forming openings in the first dielectric layer to expose the source/drain regions; selectively forming silicide regions in the openings on the source/drain regions using a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) process; and filling the openings with an electrically conductive material.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 2, 2024Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Min-Hsiu Hung, Chien Chang, Yi-Hsiang Chao, Hung-Yi Huang, Chih-Wei Chang

Patent number: 10991728Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a sealant, a signal line, and a turning line. The signal line includes first to nth signal lines substantially extending along a first direction. The turning line includes first to mth turning lines substantially extending along a second direction. A common boundary between the turning line and the signal line is parallel with a third direction. A first auxiliary region is defined by the first direction, a fourth direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the third direction. One side of the first auxiliary region overlaps the common boundary. Two vertices of the first auxiliary region overlap the first signal line and the other vertex overlaps the nth signal line. A vertical projection area of the signal line in the first auxiliary region is A1, an area of the first auxiliary region is B1, and 60%?A1/B1?100%.Type: GrantFiled: October 7, 2019Date of Patent: April 27, 2021Assignee: Au Optronics CorporationInventors: Shin-Wei Huang, Chia-Ching Lu, Min-Hsiang Hung, Chen-Shun Tsai

Patent number: 8152143Abstract: An improved structure of cooling tower includes a fan housing with a fan disposed therein, induction openings distributed on the fan housing and located below the fan, and a diffuser stack disposed at one end surface of the fan housing. In operation, cold air is drawn into the cooling tower by the fan through inlet openings of the cooling tower so as to exchange heat with the condensing water within a water chiller. When warm and wet air is drawn out of the cooling tower and the warm and wet air outside the cooling tower is induced in through the induction openings and then is drawn out, circulation reflux of warm and wet air, which tends to occur in conventional cooling towers, can be avoided and therefore increase the efficiency of the water chiller.Type: GrantFiled: June 25, 2008Date of Patent: April 10, 2012Assignee: National Taipei University TechnologyInventors: Yew-Khoy Chuah, Chia-Wei Liu, Nien-Hung Yao, Min-Hsiang Hung

Publication number: 20120033114Abstract: An active device array substrate including a substrate, multiple scan lines, multiple data lines, multiple of pixels are provided. The scan lines and the data lines are disposed on the substrate. Each pixel includes multiple sub-pixels including at least a transistor, a pixel electrode, and a color filter. The transistor is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the scan line and the data line correspondingly. A portion of the color filter is disposed between the pixel electrode and the corresponding scan line. The pixel electrode is coupled with the corresponding scan line to form a first capacitor. The drain of the transistor is coupled with the corresponding scan line to form a second capacitor. In a single pixel, the coupling areas of the pixel electrodes corresponding to various color filters with the corresponding scan lines are different, so that capacitance of the first capacitors are substantially the same.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 30, 2010Publication date: February 9, 2012Applicant: AU OPTRONICS CORPORATIONInventors: Min-Hsiang Hung, Ming-Yung Huang, Chun-Jen Chiu, Yu-Zhi Wu, Yuan-Nan Chiu, Chin-An Tseng, Yen-Heng Huang

Publication number: 20030004471Abstract: A needle protection device includes a U-shaped first part for clamping a hose connected to the needle, and a second part connected to the first part. The body of a fluid or blood access device is inserted through the first part and two wings on the body are mounted on two sidewalls of the second part. Each of the sidewalls has a protrusion portion, a slide surface extending from the protrusion portion and a raised wall which is connected to the first end of the first part. A tunnel member extends from an inside of the second part and is located between the two sidewalls. The needle is oriented downward when the wings contact the raised walls and easily inserted beneath the tunnel member.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 10, 2001Publication date: January 2, 2003Applicant: Sunder Biomedical Tech Co., Ltd.Inventors: Min-Hsiang Hung, Chao-Hsien Kuo
