    Abstract: A structure and method for improving manufacturing yield of passive device dies are disclosed. The structure includes first and second groups of capacitors disposed on a substrate, an interconnect structure disposed on the first and second groups of capacitors, first and second bonding structures disposed on the first and second conductive lines, respectively, and first and second measurement structures connected to the first and second conductive lines, respectively, and configured to measure electrical properties of the first and second groups of capacitors, respectively. The interconnect structure includes first and second conductive line connected to the first and second groups of trench capacitors, respectively. The first bonding structure is electrically connected to the first group of capacitors and the second bonding structure is electrically isolated from the first and second groups of capacitors. The first and second measurement structures are electrically isolated from each other.

    Abstract: A method for recommending document is revealed. First give respective first document an interest score or arranged the respective first document in order by a first device. According to the interest score or an interested list generated by the first device, the first servers arranged the respective first document in a specific set to get a recommendation list. Then search a piece of second document by a second device. When the second document is included in the specific set, the first server sends the first document in the specific set into the second device according to the order recorded in the recommendation list. Thus the document included in the specific set and other users are interested in is actively recommended to the user of the second device.

    Abstract: A method for recommending document is revealed. First define that at least one first document is included in a first set by a first device and record that the first document is included in the first set by a first server connected to the first device. The association among document is recorded by the first device user' behavior to define the document is included in a specific set. Then the first server compares a second document with the first document when a second device connected to the first server defines that the second document is included in a second set. Once the second document matches the first document, the first server sends the rest first document to the second device so that associated document is recommended to the user of the second device actively.

    Abstract: A luminosity control device includes a photosensitive member to control the duty cycle of a square wave pulse oscillator. Then a high power switching tube and a high power gain tube are used to proceed with the luminosity control. Thus, when two cars meet, the luminosity of headlamps will automatically weaken so as not to dazzle the driver's eyes in the opposite direction. Should no car come in the opposite direction, the headlamps will automatically intensify the luminosity thereof. In this manner, it is possible to effectively control the luminosity of headlamps and thereby achieve the object of traffic safety.
