    Abstract: Generally, the present disclosure provides example embodiments relating to conductive features, such as metal contacts, vias, lines, etc., and methods for forming those conductive features. In an embodiment, a structure includes a first dielectric layer over a substrate, a first conductive feature in the first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer over the first dielectric layer, a second conductive feature in the second dielectric layer, and a blocking region disposed between the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature. The second conductive feature is disposed between and abutting a first sidewall of the second dielectric layer and a second sidewall of the second dielectric layer. The dummy loading device bears an inrush current noise of the current, connected to an output terminal of the voltage current regulation unit. During a predetermined time section just before a start of transmitting a horizontal shift clock by the AFE processing unit to the image-capturing unit, the dummy loading device is set at a turned-on state within the predetermined time section, and set at a turned-off state other than the predetermined time section.

    Abstract: A method for processing an image abnormality caused by power supply is provided, which is used in a digital image-capturing apparatus. The method can be described as follows. First, power of the digital image-capturing apparatus is turned on. Next, a line data of an image being captured is started to be transmitted, wherein the line data has a dummy pixel region and an effective pixel region, and the dummy pixel region is first transmitted, and then a plurality of pixel data of the effective pixel region is transmitted. Next, a horizontal driving current to be input to a horizontal driver is processed, so that the horizontal driving current substantially approaches a stable state before the effective pixel region is output. Finally, the above steps are repeated for continually transmitting a next line data of the image being captured until the image of the digital image-capturing apparatus is completely transmitted.

The shifting module has a first output terminal and a second output terminal. The shifting module receives the first elementary color signals, the second elementary color signals, the third elementary color signals, and the fourth elementary color signals, and outputs one of the third elementary color signals and one of the fourth elementary color signals at the second output terminal. Each of the third elementary color signals and each of the fourth elementary color signals are two signals corresponding to the same color light.

By squeezing the flexible tube, toothpaste is out through a tube hole on front end thereof. The invention is characterized in that the tube hole of the flexible tube is rectangular and is at an angle of 20-70 degrees to the horizontal in lateral view. Threads are arranged on the outer wall of the tube hole for combing with the cap.
