  • Publication number: 20250147731
Abstract: The spin-orbit torque-based random number generator includes a spin torque generation layer including a first spin torque layer and a second spin torque layer, a magnetization-free layer, a tunnel barrier layer, and a magnetization pinned layer, wherein the second spin torque layer is disposed between the magnetization-free layer and the first spin torque layer and generates field-like torque (FLT) and damping-like torque (DLT) related to the magnetization direction of the magnetization-free layer; the first spin torque layer adjusts a torque ratio according to the size of field-like torque to the size of damping-like torque in conjunction with the thickness of the second spin torque layer; in the magnetization-free layer, a magnetization direction is randomly aligned up or down based on the adjusted torque ratio; and a random number is generated based on current that is switched and output based on the randomly aligned magnetization direction.

  • Patent number: 12190560
Abstract: An automatic labeling method for assigning labels to unlabeled point clouds among a set of labeled and unlabeled point clouds includes preparing an initial machine learning classification model, selecting a labeled point cloud for each of the unlabeled point clouds based on similarities between a feature vector of each of the unlabeled point clouds output through the model and feature vectors of the labeled point clouds output through the model and assigning a cluster label to each of the unlabeled point clouds based on a label of the selected labeled point cloud, assigning pseudo labels to the unlabeled point clouds to which the cluster labels are assigned based on a confidence score obtained through the model, and updating the model by training the model with the labeled point clouds and the unlabeled point clouds to which the pseudo labels are assigned.

  • Publication number: 20240238445
Abstract: The present disclosure provides mimic molecules that are capable of specifically targeting a FAM19A5 protein, and thereby, inhibiting, reducing, and/or dissociating the interaction between members of the LRRC4 protein family and the FAM19A5 protein. The present disclosure also provides methods for promoting neurite outgrowth, by administering a mimic molecule described herein.

  • Publication number: 20240175880
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the use of LRRC4 family mimic molecules to determine the expression level of FAM19A5 protein in a subject. In some aspects, such mimic molecules can be used to identify and/or diagnose a subject suffering from or at risk of developing a disease or disorder associated with increased FAM19A5 protein expression. The present disclosure also provides methods of treating subjects identified and/or diagnosed using the methods provided herein.

  • Patent number: 11600770
Abstract: A magnetic device includes a pinned layer having a fixed magnetization direction, a free layer having a switched magnetization direction, a tunnel insulating layer interposed between the pinned layer and the free layer, and a spin-torque generation layer injecting spin current into the free layer as in-plane current flows. The spin current allows a magnetization direction of the free layer to be switched by a spin-orbit torque. The pinned layer and the free layer have perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. The spin-torque generation layer includes a tungsten layer and a tungsten-nitride layer sequentially stacked. The tungsten-nitride layer is disposed adjacent to the free layer.
