Abstract: A package assembly for a hair extension including an attachment element and hairs extending therefrom, including a box portion having a back wall, a top wall and opposed bottom wall extending from a top edge and a bottom edge of the back wall, respectively, and a pair of side walls extending from opposed side edges of the back wall. A retainer portion including a first panel having a top end, a bottom end, and a pair of side edges extending therebetween, wherein the attachment element of the hair extension is attached to the top end of the first panel and the hairs extend along the first panel to its bottom end which is curved upwardly toward the top end of the first panel, and the retainer portion is slidably received within the box portion.
