Abstract: A virtual card system provides a card game which is presented in a three-dimensional representation on monitor screens. The system allows human players to play the card game through the monitor screens. The monitor screen may be touch screens which allow the human players to input commands directly. The card game displayed on the touch screen is adapted for graphical manipulation in response to commands from a human player in real time, for instance to bend a card back at the corner to look on the underside.

Abstract: An airbag device is disclosed. The airbag device comprises an airbag housing, an inflator connected to the airbag housing and capable of exerting an deployment force, a cushion assembly accommodated in the airbag housing and having a cushion deployable outside the airbag housing when the deployment force of the inflator is exerted thereon, and a pad mounted so as to cause friction with at least some parts of the cushion assembly. The eccentric deployment of the cushion is prevented, and the initial deployment force of the cushion is suppressed, thereby effectively coping with POF and OOP.

Abstract: An image sensor includes first and second pixel circuits and an output node coupled to the first and second pixel circuits. A bias circuit provides a higher bias current at the output node during a sub-sampling mode of operation of the image sensor for improved image quality.

Abstract: A DC-DC converter includes a PWM modulator, a power switch and a filter. The PWM modulator positively feeds back a pulse width modulated signal of which a pulse width and a frequency are varied to generate an oscillated signal, amplifies a difference between a negatively fed-back direct current output signal and a reference signal to output a first signal, and compares the first signal with the oscillated signal to generate first and second switching signals. The power switch transfers an input signal to a first output node in response to the first and second switching signals, and generates the pulse width modulated signal, wherein the pulse width modulated signal is provided to the first output node. The filter generates a direct current output voltage signal in response to the pulse width modulated signal, wherein the direct current output voltage signal is provided to a second output node.

Abstract: A passenger air bag system for vehicles includes an air bag housing mounted to an instrument panel at the front part thereof, a cushion accommodated in the air bag housing such that the cushion is expanded to the front of a passenger seated in a passenger seat when a collision of the vehicle occurs, a retainer attached to the air bag housing for supporting the cushion, an inflator having the upper end vertically inserted into the rear part of the air bag housing in the normal direction thereof for discharging gas to the cushion, and an inflator housing attached to the rear part of the air bag housing for fixing the inflator. The upper end of the inflator is mounted in the inflator housing.
