Abstract: A battery monitoring system includes at least one memory configured to store a first coordinate-related data set in which coordinate data indicating a position of an electrode moved in each of a plurality of processes is connected with inspection data and/or measurement data of the electrode obtained in the plurality of processes, and an identification data set including an electrode identifier (ID) identifying the electrode. The battery monitoring system further includes at least one processor configured to connect the electrode ID with the coordinate data of the first coordinate-related data set corresponding to the electrode ID, and send monitoring data for the electrode, based on data about the connection of the electrode ID with the coordinate data.

Abstract: Electrode monitoring systems and methods are disclosed. In certain configurations, a monitoring system includes a programmable logic controller (PLC) configured to receive specification information of at least one electrode from a first sensor, receive coordinates of a position of the at least one electrode from a second sensor, and generate identification information for the at least one electrode on the basis of the specification information and the coordinates of the position, an inspection device configured to inspect the at least one electrode to generate inspection information, and a controller configured to manage the identification information and the inspection information of the at least one electrode by matching the identification information and the inspection information.

Abstract: Methods and systems for executing tracking and monitoring manufacturing data of a battery are disclosed. One method includes: receiving, by a server system, sensing data of the battery from a sensing system; generating, by the server system, mapping data based on the sensing data; generating, by the server system, identification data of the battery based on the sensing data; generating, by the server system, monitoring data of the battery based on the sensing data, the identification data, and the mapping data; and generating, by the server system, display data for displaying a simulated electrode of the battery on a graphical user interface based on the monitoring data of the battery.
