    Abstract: The light emitting diode packaging structure includes a flexible substrate, a first adhesive layer, micro light emitting elements, a conductive pad, a redistribution layer, and an electrode pad. The first adhesive layer is disposed on the flexible substrate. The micro light emitting elements are disposed on the first adhesive layer and have a first surface facing to the first adhesive layer and an opposing second surface. The micro light emitting elements include a red micro light emitting element, a blue micro light emitting element, and a green micro light emitting element. The conductive pad is disposed on the second surface of the micro light emitting element. The redistribution layer covers the micro light emitting elements and the conductive pad. The electrode pad is disposed on the redistribution layer and is electrically connected to the circuit layer. A thickness of the flexible substrate is less than 100 um.

    Abstract: A do-it-yourself (DIY) thin film battery provides battery assembling components suitable for separate storage and easy fabrication. With through hole plating or sidewall plating, the current collectors of the anode and cathode, extend from one side of the substrates to the other to facilitate electric coupling with the electronic product outside. Through either soldering or direct contact with conductive tapes, the battery components mount with each other. Thus, the battery components can be combined to have batteries of various voltages and capacities via series or parallel connection means without extra circuits.

    Abstract: This specification discloses a thin-film gas diffusion electrode (GDE) and the method for making the same. The thin-film GDE is formed in a unitary way. A dual-nature porous thin film is used as the substrate. A surface processing is performed to make one surface of the thing film hydrophlic while the other surface hydrophobic. The hydrophlic area serves as the active layer for electrochemical reactions after chemical processing. The hydrophobic area is kept dry to form a smooth gas channel, functioning as a gas diffusion layer. In this method, the thin-film GDE is free from the use of binders and high-temperature high-pressure manufacturing processes.
