    Abstract: A vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The VCSEL includes an epitaxial laminate, a lower electrode layer, an upper electrode layer and a current spreading layer. The epitaxial laminate at least includes a first reflector, a second reflector, and an active layer disposed therebetween for generating an initial laser beam. The upper and lower electrode layers jointly define a current path passing through the active layer, and the upper electrode layer has an aperture for defining a light-emitting region. The current spreading layer disposed on the second reflector and electrically connected to the upper electrode layer includes a plurality of beam splitting structures positioned at a light emergent side thereof, and the beam splitting structures is located in the aperture so that the initial laser beam is divided into a plurality of sub-beams.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a pelletized fertilizer includes the following steps. A water-soluble manure and a colloidal solution are mixed, to form an aqueous solution of a fertilizer, wherein the water-soluble manure is selected from the group consisting of monopotassium phosphate, epsomite, manganous sulfite, boric acid, borax, copper sulfate pentahydrate, white vitriol, ammonium molybdate, urea, ferric ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and potassium nitrate, the colloidal solution is selected from the group consisting of agar, xanthan gum, shellac, guar gum, natto gum, pectin, synthetic hydrogel and PLGA, and the weight percentage of the colloidal solution in the aqueous solution of the fertilizer is between 1.5 and 15%. The aqueous solution of the fertilizer is added into a water within a temperature range between 0 and 4° C., whereby the aqueous solution of the fertilizer is solidified to the pelletized fertilizer.

The spraying device includes an accommodating structure, a buckling component and a piezoelectric component. The nutrient solution is accommodated inside the accommodating structure. The buckling component passes through the accommodating structure. The piezoelectric component is disposed on a hollow portion of the buckling component. A plurality of tiny apertures are formed on the piezoelectric component. The piezoelectric component receives an electronic signal to generate oscillation. The oscillation transforms the liquid nutrient solution inside the accommodating structure into the gaseous nutrient solution.

The retraction-control terminal has a first end and a second end respectively connected to the first and second slide bases and moving therewith. When the first and second ends approach each other, the retractable arm extends so the light-disposing terminal moves away from the retraction-control terminal. When the first and second ends leave each other, the retractable arm retracts so the light-disposing terminal moves toward the retraction-control terminal. The light source is disposed on the light-disposing terminal to illuminate a plant.
