    Abstract: The EMI-free planar inductor is the core technology of the green technology. The EMI-free planar inductor adopts the structure of the closed magnetic field flux IC inductor (CMFFICI). All the magnetic field is confined in a small volume. The magnetic field is parallel to the surface of the chip. The EMI-free planar inductor makes the on-chip LC tank having very high Q and saves a lot of energy. Combining with the gain-boost-Q technology, it makes the high performance clock chip being comparable to the xtalchip.
