The control mechanism is adapted to control open or close of a water channel of the hand-held type shower, such that the hand-held type shower and the head portion shower act in cooperation in the following two approaches: the hand-held type shower is disposed on the head portion shower, to bring the control mechanism into action, to close the water channel of the hand-held type shower; and the hand-held type shower is separated from the head portion shower, to bring the control mechanism into action, to open the water channel of the hand-held type shower.
