    Abstract: A method for forming a semiconductor device includes forming a capacitor contact pad in an isolation layer. The method includes forming a first dielectric layer over the isolation layer. The method includes forming a recess in the first dielectric layer over the capacitor contact pad. The method includes conformally forming a protection layer in the recess. The method includes forming a second dielectric layer over the first dielectric layer. The method includes forming a trench through the isolation layer, the first dielectric layer, the protection layer, and the second dielectric layer to expose the capacitor contact pad. The method includes laterally etching the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer to enlarge the trench. The method includes conformally forming the bottom electrode layer of the stacked capacitor in the enlarged trench.

The movable assembly is disposed on a side of the winder and positioned to connect to the housing. The movable assembly includes a transmission assembly and an auxiliary member respectively coupled with the winder and the transmission assembly. The auxiliary member produces elastic deformation to provide the transmission assembly with a preload force for swinging toward or away from the side of the auxiliary member. The storage of the retractable data cable assembly is more convenient.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of data cables, more particularly to a unidirectional free-pulling data cable that includes a first wire, a second wire and a hollow housing in which a wheel core, a follow-up circuit board, a clamping assembly, and a fixed conductive board disposed on one side of the housing corresponding to and electrically connected to the follow-up circuit board are arranged. The wheel core, with an elastic member disposed therein and a wheel cover disposed at the opposite side thereof, rotates relative to the housing. The first and second wires are exposed out of the housing partially. The clamping assembly cooperates with the wheel cover to position the wheel core to limit the rotation thereof, which solves the problem that the input and output ends of the existing telescopic data cable need to be stretched simultaneously when using, and is more convenient to use.

The process produces conjugated PUFA in triglyceride form, preferably at least 20% CLA-rich, by isomerization of a non-conjugated PUFA in vegetable oils using a heterogeneous transition metal catalyst promoted by an organic acid and/or thiol-containing compound. The heterogeneous catalysis isomerization process can use steam/vacuum distillation, hydrogenation unit and/or deodorization to produce CLA-rich soy oil. After processing, any catalyst residue may be removed by filtration, beaching, deodorizing, adsorbents or centrifugation to obtain high quality, CLA-rich oils.
