  • Publication number: 20240133888
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a nanostructure for detecting viruses including an amphipathic polymer, and a diagnostic platform using the same, wherein the nanostructure is capable of specifically detecting viruses through silica-based nanoparticles with excellent stability and high dispersion and a biocompatible amphipathic polymer, such that it is possible to develop a diagnostic platform with high sensitivity through binding and agglomeration of the nanostructure and viruses and enable rapid and accurate diagnosis of a target virus.

  • Patent number: 11931431
Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for diagnosing and treating prostate cancer, capable of targeting PSMA, and a compound provided by one aspect of the present invention has a glutamine-urea-lysine compound to which a radioactive metal-coupled chelator is structurally coupled and to which an aryl group that can additionally bind to PSMA protein is coupled. Coupling between the glutamine-urea-lysine compound and the chelator includes a polar spacer so as to serve the role of reducing in vivo nonspecific coupling and exhibit an effect of being rapidly removed from vital organs, but not from prostate cancer. These characteristics lower the radiation exposure, which is caused by a therapeutic radioisotope-coupled compound, to normal tissue and organs, and thus reduce side effects. In addition, a compound that contains a phenyl group having a coupling force with albumin has an increased residence time in the blood, thereby becoming more accumulated in prostate cancer.

  • Publication number: 20230036982
Abstract: The present technology is directed to visualizing a Wi-Fi signal propagation in 3-D based on a building plan defined with implicit geometry. The present technology can extract data from a building plan file where a 3-D space and objects in a building plan are defined with implicit geometry, transform the implicit geometry to explicit geometry for the 3-D space and the objects to translate a positioning of the 3-D space and objects from a local coordinate system to a global coordinate system, calculate a RF propagation pattern in the 3-D space based on a RF propagation model for a plurality of Wi-Fi access points located in the 3-D space, and present a 3-D visualization of the RF propagation pattern in the 3-D space.

  • Publication number: 20230023297
Abstract: The present technology is directed to visualizing a Wi-Fi access point radio frequency (RF) propagation pattern based on telemetry data over time. The present technology can receive telemetry data for a Wi-Fi network of a building plan in a Wi-Fi visualization system, store the telemetry data with a timestamp, determine a RF propagation pattern in a 3-D space for at least one Wi-Fi access point in the Wi-Fi network, present a user interface including a time slider to facilitate manipulation of a time axis between the first timestamp and the second timestamp, and present a visualization of the RF propagation pattern based on an indication of the time slider.

  • Publication number: 20230027175
Abstract: The present technology is directed to visualizing a Wi-Fi signal propagation in 3-D at various heights and locations. The present technology can calculate a radio frequency (RF) propagation pattern for a Wi-Fi access point (AP) based on a RF propagation model for the Wi-Fi AP and overlay the RF propagation pattern for the Wi-Fi AP over a visualization of the building plan to present a 3-D visualization of the RF propagation pattern of the 3-D space. In particular, the present technology can project a plurality of ray-paths in various directions in a 3-D space originated from the Wi-Fi AP and determine whether the ray-paths interface with objects defined in the building plan. The present technology can segment the respective ray-path into contiguous segments of substantially uniform mediums for each ray-path that interface with the objects and determine a RF signal strength at points along the contiguous segments of the ray-paths.
