  • Publication number: 20230172012
Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus is disclosed. In particular, a driving thin film transistor and a first switching thin film transistor disposed in a subpixel of a display region each include an oxide semiconductor pattern as an active layer, and the driving TFT includes a shield pattern capable of shielding an electric field between the oxide semiconductor pattern and a gate electrode, thereby making it possible to implement a driving TFT capable of expressing rich grayscale even at low gray levels.
