Abstract: A resistive memory apparatus including a memory cell array, at least one dummy transistor and a control circuit is provided. The memory cell array includes a plurality of memory cells. Each of the memory cells includes a resistive switching element. The dummy transistor is electrically isolated from the resistive switching element. The control circuit is coupled to the memory cell array and the dummy transistor. The control circuit is configured to provide a first bit line voltage, a source line voltage and a word line voltage to the dummy transistor to drive the dummy transistor to output a saturation current. The control circuit is further configured to determine a value of a second bit line voltage for driving the memory cells according to the saturation current. In addition, an operating method and a memory cell array of the resistive memory apparatus are also provided.

Abstract: A golf club head includes a club head main body, a club head complementary component, and a protection component. The club head main body defines an opening which includes an inner opening section and an outer opening section spatially connected to and located outside the inner opening section. The club head complementary component is disposed in the inner opening section and connected to the club head main body. The protection component is disposed in the outer opening section and connected to the club head complementary component to cover the club head complementary component. The protection component is made of a carbon fiber impregnated with thermoplastic polyurethane, and has a Shore D hardness ranging from 40 to 70.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a golf club head having a weight member includes: providing a weight block made of a metal material; disposing an isolation layer on the weight block to form the weight member; delivering a wax material to form a wax pattern covering a portion of the weight member; coating the weight member and the wax pattern with a shell mold plaster to form a shell mold covering the same; performing a de-waxing process which leaves a mold cavity in the shell mold; and casting a molten metal material in the mold cavity to form a club head main body, and removing the shell mold to form the golf club head having the weight member embedded in the club head main body. A golf club head manufactured by the method is also disclosed.

Abstract: A golf club head and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The golf club head includes a club head body and a striking face unit. The club head body includes a main body and a coupling portion extending from the main body, defining an opening, and having an end that is concaved toward the main body to form an engaging recess. The striking face unit has a connecting portion and covers the opening. The connecting portion is inserted into the engaging recess of the coupling portion and is connected to the club head body. The club head body is made of a first metal material and the connecting portion is made of a second metal material having a melting point higher than that of the first metal material.

The plate body has a crown-connecting side, a sole-connecting side, a toe-connecting side, a heel-connecting side respectively connecting to a crown, a sole, a toe and a heel, a central portion surrounded by the crown-connecting side, the sole-connecting side, the toe-connecting side and the heel-connecting side, a front striking face, and a rear face. The at least one rib member includes two opposite end portions projecting rearwardly from the rear face, and a bridge portion connected between the two opposite end portions and spaced apart from the rear face.

The two secondary carcasses are pivotally connected to two sides of the main carcass through two first cantilevers. The secondary carcasses are further pivotally connected with second cantilevers. By turning the secondary carcasses, the airtight cabin can be located under the main carcass to form a submarine mode or located above the main carcass to form a watch mode, broadening the recreation space on the water, such that the recreation space on the water is not limited to the type of two-dimensional space on the water. The present invention provides a novel water recreational carrier for the demands of different situations.
