Abstract: A method for preparing low-background cement includes: uniformly mixing a seed crystal of cement, C4AF whiskers, and high-magnesium raw material to yield a first mixture, calcining the first mixture at 1400-1500° C., to yield a low-background clinker, the first mixture including 1.0-5.0 wt. % of the seed crystal of cement, 1.0-5.0 wt. % of the C4AF whiskers, and the balance is the high-magnesium raw material; and grinding a second mixture of the low-background clinker and gypsum, to yield low-background cement. The seed crystal of cement is a high-magnesium and low hydration heat clinker, has a specific activity of Ra-226 radioactive nuclides within 50 Bq/kg, and the MgO content of the clinker is between 4.0 wt. % and 5.0 wt. %, with 50 wt. % <C3S <55.0 wt. %; and the high-magnesium raw material has a MgO content between 2.5 wt. % and 3.0 wt. %.

Abstract: Provided are a preparation method and an application of CD7-CAR-T cells. The method comprises: (i) providing a sample to be processed containing T cells, (ii) sorting and activating the T cells contained in the sample, so as to obtain activated T cells, (iii) introducing a first viral vector for expressing a CD7 blocking molecule into the activated T cells, so as to obtain CD7 blocked T cells, and (iv) introducing a second viral vector for expressing a CD7-CAR into the CD7-blocked T cells to obtain CD7-CAR-T cells. By adjusting the transfection sequence and transfection time of the lentivirus expressing the CD7 blocking molecule and the lentivirus expressing the CD7-CAR, transfection efficiency is improved, and the cytotoxicity of the CAR-T cells is enhanced.

Abstract: Disclosed is an aqueous fluorescent ink and a preparation method and use thereof. The aqueous fluorescent ink provided by the present disclosure includes 0.10%-0.14% of polystyrene micro-spheres, 0.010%-0.014% of fluorescent dyes, 0.4%-0.6% of surfactants, and the balance of water. The present disclosure uses polystyrene micro-spheres as a fluorescent dye carrier, which is colorless and transparent under ordinary daylight and completely invisible, and displays fluorescence only when irradiated by ultraviolet light and has high fluorescence intensity. The surfactant makes the polystyrene fluorescent micro-spheres uniformly dispersed in the fluorescent ink, and the stability of the fluorescent ink is improved. Water is used as a solvent, which has excellent safety and environmental friendliness. The accuracy of the printed patterns can reach 30 ?m, which can help realize large-format ultra-high-precision patterned anti-counterfeiting encryption printing.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may improve the performance and accuracy of RF-based positioning. Aspects presented herein may enable a device to use RF Doppler measurements to detect and mitigate multipath effects in RF-based positioning. The RF-based positioning may include satellite navigation, terrestrial positioning system, and/or indoor positioning. In one aspect, a UE receives, via a receiver, signals from one or more entities. The UE determines whether each received signal is a multipath signal based on a Doppler shift measurement. The UE de-weights or excludes one or more signals of the received signals in estimating a position of the UE based on whether the respective received signal is determined to be a multipath signal.

Abstract: Various ways for a network node in a radio access network to allocate a grant, “CG” of dedicated and/or shared radio resources to a wireless communications device are disclosed which disperse repetitive transmissions within a configured grant period. One disclosed example aspect includes a method performed by a network node in a radio access network, the network node being configured to grant radio resources to a plurality of wireless communications devices, the method including: obtaining signalling information indicating at least one configuration of radio resources for a plurality of time-domain repetitive transmissions in at least one configured grant period, wherein each configured grant period is configured to provide at least one time-gap of a longer duration than another time-gap between the repetitive transmissions in that configured grant period; and sending the signalling information to at least one of the plurality of wireless communication devices.
